This public policy states external rights and responsibilities without publishing nonpublic implementation, security, data source, or commercial details. Customer-specific commitments and negotiated terms may appear in an executed agreement and control where stated.
1. Scope and contractual priority
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to every person and organization that accesses or uses a MegaHuddle website, account, evaluation, demonstration, platform service, integration, output, or delivery surface. It applies to use by employees, contractors, administrators, developers, agents, end users, and anyone acting through an account or on an organization’s behalf.
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and any agreement that incorporates it. A signed agreement may impose additional or more protective restrictions. If a signed agreement expressly conflicts with this Policy, the signed agreement controls only for the subject matter and parties it covers; otherwise, the more protective obligation applies to the extent permitted by law.
3. Unlawful, dangerous, and abusive activity
You may not use MegaHuddle to violate law, regulation, court order, contractual duty, intellectual-property right, privacy right, publicity right, civil right, or binding industry rule. You may not use the service to facilitate fraud, theft, extortion, threats, harassment, stalking, unlawful discrimination, exploitation, violence, trafficking, child sexual abuse material, terrorism, or other serious harm.
You may not create, request, transmit, or distribute malicious code; conduct phishing or credential theft; operate botnets; interfere with emergency or public-safety services; or provide material support for prohibited conduct. Good-faith reporting of a security concern through an approved channel is not prohibited merely because the report identifies a defect.
4. Platform security and access boundaries
You may not access or attempt to access an account, system, data set, feature, administrative function, or delivery surface without authorization. Prohibited conduct includes bypassing authentication or permissions; evading technical restrictions; testing another customer’s environment; intercepting traffic; introducing harmful code; disrupting availability; or using the service in a manner reasonably likely to degrade security or performance.
Security research, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, load testing, or similar activity requires MegaHuddle’s prior written authorization and must remain within the authorized scope, time, methods, and reporting process. You may not publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before MegaHuddle has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and mitigate it, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Connected APIs, data, and data source rights
You may connect or instruct MegaHuddle to process an API, feed, file, account, credential, or data set only when you have the legal and contractual authority to do so. You remain responsible for data source terms, licenses, notices, consent, attribution, territory, retention, deletion, rate limits, and use restrictions that apply to your connected sources.
You may not use MegaHuddle to evade a data source restriction, obtain content through unauthorized means, reconstruct restricted content, defeat a paywall or access control, exceed an approved quota, or convert demonstration access into production use. MegaHuddle does not grant rights owned by a league, team, athlete, publisher, broadcaster, platform, data source, or other third party.
6. Personal, sensitive, and regulated information
You may process personal information only for a lawful, disclosed, and authorized purpose and must apply data minimization, access limitation, retention, security, and request-handling measures appropriate to the information and use. You may not upload unnecessary secrets, passwords, private keys, government identifiers, payment-card data, health information, precise location, biometric identifiers, or other highly sensitive information unless a signed agreement expressly authorizes that category and appropriate safeguards are in place.
You may not use MegaHuddle for unlawful surveillance, doxxing, reidentification of de-identified information, creation of secret profiles, discriminatory targeting, or collection of information from children in violation of law. Facial recognition, biometric identification, or persistent tracking of individuals is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing and demonstrably lawful for the specific use.
7. AI-assisted and resolved outputs
MegaHuddle may organize, resolve, classify, summarize, rank, or otherwise assist with authorized data. Outputs may be incomplete, probabilistic, time-sensitive, or affected by the quality and rights associated with the connected inputs. You must preserve applicable source, confidence, freshness, rights, and limitation notices and apply human review appropriate to the consequence of the decision.
You may not present an AI-assisted, modeled, inferred, or demonstration output as verified fact when it is not labeled as such; suppress a material limitation; fabricate provenance; impersonate a person; or use the service to create materially deceptive synthetic media. You may not use an output as the sole basis for a decision concerning employment, education, credit, insurance, healthcare, housing, legal rights, eligibility, or another similarly significant matter about a person.
8. Sports integrity, wagering, and competition
You may not use MegaHuddle to manipulate a sporting event, facilitate match fixing, evade league or governing-body integrity rules, misuse confidential team or athlete information, harass participants, or create a false appearance of official league, team, athlete, broadcaster, or sponsor approval.
Any use relating to wagering, fantasy sports, contests, pricing, or regulated gaming must be expressly authorized, lawful in every applicable jurisdiction, age-gated where required, and supported by independent compliance controls. MegaHuddle outputs may not be represented as guaranteed outcomes, inside information, or a substitute for legally required controls, official data, or responsible-gaming obligations.
9. Content, intellectual property, and publicity
You may not submit, copy, display, transform, distribute, or commercialize content unless you possess the required rights. You must honor copyright, trademark, publicity, database, confidentiality, and contractual restrictions, including attribution and takedown duties. A link, identifier, public post, or technical ability to retrieve material does not establish permission to use it.
You may not remove ownership, attribution, source, rights, policy, trademark, or legal notices; falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement; publish confidential material; or use a person’s name, image, likeness, voice, or performance without required authorization. Repeat or serious infringement may result in suspension or termination and referral to the appropriate rights process.
10. Delivery surfaces and downstream implementations
If you deliver MegaHuddle-assisted information through a website, application, API, embed, report, alert, export, or other surface, you must ensure that the destination is authorized, secure, accurate in context, accessible as required, and consistent with all source and contractual restrictions. You are responsible for your interface, disclosures, user permissions, caching, retention, onward transfer, and downstream decisions.
You may not expose restricted information through a public endpoint, remove material context from an output, commingle data in a way that violates rights, or design an interface that materially misleads users about source, official status, confidence, freshness, or sponsorship.
11. Automation, scraping, and service limits
Automated access is permitted only through approved interfaces and within documented or contractually authorized limits. You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, bulk download, or continuously query the service outside those limits; evade rate or usage controls; rotate accounts or identifiers to avoid restrictions; or impose a load that unreasonably interferes with the service or other users.
You may not use MegaHuddle to send spam, conduct unsolicited bulk communications, harvest contact information, generate deceptive engagement, manipulate platform metrics, or operate inauthentic accounts. You must comply with applicable messaging, advertising, consent, suppression, and platform rules.
12. Competitive misuse and confidential information
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, benchmark for publication, or attempt to discover nonpublic source code, methods, models, weights, prompts, rules, taxonomies, security controls, architecture, or trade secrets except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by law. You may not circumvent measures intended to protect those materials.
You may not use MegaHuddle, its outputs, documentation, or access to train, validate, improve, or operate a competing product or model; conduct model extraction; replicate a protected product experience; or provide access for competitive intelligence. Evaluation results, nonpublic demonstrations, technical materials, and diligence information remain subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.
13. Misrepresentation and deceptive practices
You may not impersonate another person or organization; conceal material sponsorship; falsify an identity, permission, source, timestamp, result, or record; manufacture reviews or engagement; or use dark patterns or materially deceptive practices. You may not represent a preview, roadmap, sample, inferred measure, or unavailable integration as a live production capability.
Claims based on MegaHuddle-assisted information must be supportable, appropriately qualified, and presented with the context a reasonable recipient needs to avoid deception. You remain responsible for advertising, endorsement, contest, promotion, and consumer-protection compliance in your use.
14. Export controls, sanctions, and anti-corruption
You may not use, export, reexport, transfer, or provide access to MegaHuddle in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, anti-boycott, or trade laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the service and will not make it available to a prohibited person, entity, destination, or end use.
You may not use the service or any business relationship involving MegaHuddle to offer, promise, authorize, request, or accept an unlawful bribe, kickback, facilitation payment, or other improper benefit. You are responsible for appropriate diligence and controls for your personnel, agents, and counterparties.
15. Monitoring, enforcement, and cooperation
MegaHuddle may investigate suspected violations and may preserve relevant records, limit features, remove or restrict material, suspend access, or terminate use when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal rights. MegaHuddle has no obligation to monitor every use and does not assume responsibility for a user’s conduct merely because it can take protective action.
You must reasonably cooperate with an investigation, preserve relevant information, stop the questioned activity when directed, and take corrective action. MegaHuddle may report conduct to affected customers, data sources, rights holders, regulators, or law enforcement when permitted or required by law. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, intent, repetition, harm, cooperation, and available remediation.
16. Reporting, changes, and contact
Report suspected abuse through the Acceptable Use inquiry link below. Provide the affected service, approximate time, and enough context to investigate, but do not submit passwords, secret keys, unlawful material, unnecessary personal information, or confidential source content through the public form.
MegaHuddle may update this Policy prospectively to address legal, product, risk, or industry developments. Material changes will receive notice where required. Questions about whether a proposed use is permitted should be raised before the use begins; silence or technical capability does not constitute approval.
