This public policy states external rights and responsibilities without publishing nonpublic implementation, security, data source, or commercial details. Customer-specific commitments and negotiated terms may appear in an executed agreement and control where stated.
1. Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to MegaHuddle, a Bender Innovations company (collectively, “MegaHuddle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), when we determine why and how personal information is processed. It covers visitors, prospects, subscribers, customer and partner personnel, authorized platform users, applicants, and others who communicate with us.
A customer may connect data sources or submit information for MegaHuddle to process on the customer’s behalf. In that setting, the customer ordinarily determines the purposes and means of processing and MegaHuddle acts as a service provider or processor under the applicable agreement. Requests concerning customer-controlled data should first be directed to that customer.
2. Personal information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with MegaHuddle, the products your organization activates, and the sources your organization authorizes. We seek to collect information reasonably necessary for defined business, security, contractual, and legal purposes.
- Identifiers and contact information, such as name, business email, telephone number, organization, title, account identifiers, and correspondence details.
- Account and access information, such as organization membership, role, permissions, authentication state, session information, login history, and security events.
- Inquiry and commercial information, such as product interests, requested demonstrations, procurement context, subscription or order information, support history, and relationship preferences.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, page or feature interactions, referral URL, timestamps, diagnostic events, and approximate location inferred from an IP address.
- Customer content and connected data, including configuration, source metadata, sports entities, social or video references, audience or operational records, and other information a customer is authorized to provide or connect.
- Derived information, such as resolved entity relationships, confidence indicators, trend or engagement measurements, product performance summaries, and recommendations generated from authorized inputs.
- Preference and communications information, including consent choices, requested interface settings, newsletter selections, and records of communications with us.
3. Sources of information
We collect information directly from you; from your employer, organization, tenant administrator, or authorized users; automatically from your browser, device, and use of the services; from service partners that support hosting, security, communications, and operations; and from data sources or public sources that a customer or MegaHuddle is authorized to use.
Connected-source data remains subject to applicable data source terms, customer instructions, entitlements, licenses, and technical controls. Availability in a demonstration does not establish a right to use the same source or content in production.
4. Why we use personal information
We use personal information to provide requested information and services; authenticate users; administer accounts, tenants, subscriptions, and delivery targets; connect and resolve authorized data; operate product features; respond to inquiries; secure and troubleshoot the platform; measure consented usage; improve reliability and usability; develop and evaluate products; manage commercial relationships; enforce agreements; and comply with law.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital or security interests, and consent. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis, without affecting prior lawful processing.
5. AI, resolution, and automated processing
MegaHuddle may use statistical, machine-learning, and artificial-intelligence techniques to resolve entities, classify permitted content, summarize signals, rank relevance, detect trends, and produce recommendations. Outputs may be probabilistic and are designed to retain source, confidence, and policy context where the product supports it.
MegaHuddle does not intend public-site analytics or ordinary product recommendations to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals. Customers must assess their own proposed use, provide required notices, and establish human review and other safeguards before using outputs for consequential decisions.
6. When we disclose information
We may disclose information to hosting, cloud, security, communications, analytics, support, and professional-service partners that process it for us under appropriate instructions; to the customer or tenant responsible for an account; to connected data sources where necessary to complete an authorized request; and to advisors, counterparties, or successors in a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale subject to customary safeguards.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, secure the services, or establish and defend legal claims. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices before the change applies.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including to provide services, maintain security and audit records, honor suppression choices, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the sensitivity and volume of information, the relationship, the applicable source or customer instructions, and the risk of unauthorized use.
When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely isolate it. De-identified information may be retained and used where we maintain it without attempting to reidentify individuals except as permitted by law.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information and service, including access controls, appropriate protection in transit, monitoring, and incident-response practices. Security controls and implementation details are confidential. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users remain responsible for safeguarding credentials, devices, and authorized access.
If you believe an account or information may be at risk, use the Security contact path immediately and do not include passwords, secret keys, or unnecessary personal information in the report.
10. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to know or access personal information; correct inaccurate information; delete information; receive a portable copy; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; and appeal a denied request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Submit a request through the Privacy inquiry link below. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority, and an authorized agent may be required to provide proof of authorization. If MegaHuddle processes the information for a customer, we may refer the request to that customer. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Where legally required, we recognize supported browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device from which the signal is received. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, such a signal will also keep optional analytics and marketing storage disabled on the public site.
11. International processing
MegaHuddle and its service partners may process information in the United States and other countries whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live. When required, we use an approved transfer mechanism and supplementary safeguards appropriate to the transfer. Individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may also complain to their local supervisory authority.
12. Children
MegaHuddle is a business and enterprise sports-intelligence service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the public website. If you believe a child submitted information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
For privacy questions or requests, use the Privacy inquiry link below. Contracting-entity details, subprocessors, data-processing terms, and customer-specific instructions may also be supplied in an applicable order form, data processing addendum, or Trust Center response.
