This public policy states external rights and responsibilities without publishing nonpublic implementation, security, data source, or commercial details. Customer-specific commitments and negotiated terms may appear in an executed agreement and control where stated.
1. Scope and consent
When you affirmatively subscribe, request information, register for a marketing event, or otherwise ask to receive commercial communications, you authorize MegaHuddle to use the contact information you provide for the stated purpose and closely related MegaHuddle products, services, events, and partnership opportunities.
Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing a service. Submitting a contact or subscription form does not create an account, partnership, investment relationship, agency, license, or purchase obligation. A separate written agreement is required for any commercial relationship.
3. Types of communications
Marketing communications may include product and platform updates, launch announcements, editorial intelligence, event invitations, demonstration opportunities, research, surveys, offers, case studies, partnership opportunities, and related commercial news. Frequency may vary.
Transactional or relationship messages, such as security notices, account administration, requested support, service changes, billing, legal notices, or delivery of an agreed service, are not marketing merely because they refer to a MegaHuddle product. Opting out of marketing will not prevent necessary transactional messages.
4. Honest sender practices
MegaHuddle intends commercial email to use accurate sender and routing information, subjects that reflect the message, clear identification of the commercial nature where required, a valid postal address in the message, and a clear way to stop future marketing. We do not authorize address harvesting, deceptive acquisition, or the use of unlawfully obtained lists.
5. Unsubscribe, suppression, and preferences
You may unsubscribe through the method in a message or submit a Marketing preferences request below. MegaHuddle will honor a valid opt-out within the period required by applicable law and, for United States commercial email, no later than ten business days. An opt-out mechanism will remain available for at least the legally required period after a message is sent.
We may retain a minimal suppression record to honor the choice. We will not charge a fee, require more identifying information than reasonably necessary, or require a login merely to stop marketing. You may select categories where offered, and an option to stop all MegaHuddle marketing will remain available.
6. International recipients
Where prior consent is required, MegaHuddle will rely on an affirmative opt-in or another lawful basis recognized in the recipient’s jurisdiction. You may withdraw consent at any time for future marketing. Local rules may require additional sender identification, records of consent, preference controls, or restrictions on electronic marketing and tracking.
7. Agencies, vendors, and partner campaigns
A vendor, agency, or partner acting for MegaHuddle must follow written instructions, applicable law, these Terms, approved brand and audience rules, suppression lists, and security requirements. Responsibility for compliance cannot be avoided merely by outsourcing delivery.
No partner may use MegaHuddle’s name, data, marks, customer relationships, or contact lists for its independent marketing without written authorization and any required consent. Co-marketing terms must identify each sender’s role and responsibility for notices, choices, and request handling.
8. Testimonials, endorsements, and sponsored content
Testimonials and endorsements must reflect honest experience, disclose material connections clearly and conspicuously, and avoid claims that MegaHuddle cannot substantiate. Influencers, ambassadors, agencies, and partners must use required advertising disclosures in proximity to the endorsement and in a form the intended audience can understand.
MegaHuddle will not use a customer’s name, logo, quotation, case study, or performance result publicly without the permission required by the applicable agreement. Individual results are not a guarantee of future performance.
9. Promotions and events
A sweepstakes, contest, giveaway, referral incentive, or promotional event is subject to separate official rules, eligibility restrictions, entry periods, prize terms, disclosures, and applicable law. If official rules conflict with these Marketing Terms, the official rules control for that promotion.
10. Sports, source, and intellectual-property rights
Marketing must not imply that MegaHuddle is sponsored, endorsed, or officially affiliated with a league, team, athlete, broadcaster, publisher, social platform, or data source unless that statement is authorized and accurate. Logos, names, images, statistics, posts, clips, and other source materials may be used only within applicable rights, licenses, attribution, and platform terms.
Demonstration content and modeled metrics must be labeled so that a reasonable viewer will not mistake them for production availability, a live entitlement, an official statistic, or a verified customer result.
11. Partnership and investor outreach
MegaHuddle welcomes discussions with data source partners, technology and distribution partners, strategic collaborators, and prospective investors. Public statements inviting a conversation are informational and do not constitute an offer to sell securities, a solicitation to buy securities, investment advice, or a commitment to enter a transaction. Any investment or partnership is subject to diligence, authorization, definitive documents, and applicable law.
12. Marketing data and measurement
MegaHuddle may maintain subscription status, campaign source, message delivery, and engagement information as permitted by law and the recipient’s consent choices. Public-site optional analytics and marketing storage remain off unless accepted. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain processing, retention, disclosure, and rights.
13. Changes and contact
MegaHuddle may update these Marketing Terms prospectively. The Last updated date identifies the current version. Material changes affecting consent or existing information will receive additional notice where required.
Use the Marketing preferences link below for questions, unsubscribe assistance, consent withdrawal, or concerns about a communication. Include the sender address and message date when practical, but do not forward credentials or sensitive personal information.
